Promotional Offers Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to promotional offers provided by Sound Virtual Tours, including discounts, credits, bundle offers, and limited time promotions. By using or redeeming a promotional offer, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Eligibility

Promotional offers are available only to customers who book services directly with Sound Virtual Tours. Some offers may be limited to new clients or first time bookings as stated in the promotion.

Sound Virtual Tours reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotional offer.

Offer Availability

Promotional offers may be available for a limited time and may expire without notice. Availability may also depend on scheduling capacity and service area.

Sound Virtual Tours reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.

Credit Offers

Promotional credits provided by Sound Virtual Tours:

• May be applied toward future photography or media services
• Cannot be redeemed for cash
• Cannot be transferred to another client
• Must be applied to a future booking

Credits may expire if not used within a reasonable period of time as determined by Sound Virtual Tours.

Discount Offers

Discounts offered through promotions apply only to the services specified in the promotion. Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions unless explicitly stated.

Promotional discounts do not apply to previously booked or completed services.

Bundle Promotions

Bundle offers apply only when multiple services are booked together as part of the same appointment. If services included in a bundle are removed or canceled, the promotional bundle pricing may no longer apply.

Drone or Service Upgrades

Promotional upgrades, including drone photography or additional services, are subject to availability and weather conditions. If a service cannot be completed due to safety or weather restrictions, the promotional upgrade may be rescheduled or adjusted.

Limitations

Promotions may be limited to one per client, property, or transaction unless otherwise stated.

Promotional offers may not be combined with other discounts, credits, or promotional campaigns unless explicitly allowed.

Scheduling Requirements

All services associated with promotional offers must be scheduled according to Sound Virtual Tours availability. Standard booking procedures and service policies still apply.

Non Transferable

Promotions and credits are non transferable and may only be used by the original client who received the offer.

Changes to Promotional Terms

Sound Virtual Tours reserves the right to update or modify these promotional terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
